| From the North： | Take National Freeway No.1 (Sun Yat-Sen Freeway) southbound → Exit 319 (Yongkang Interchange) → Chungcheng N. Road → Chungcheng S. Road → left at Chunghwa Road → continue to Chunghwa East Road → right at Shiaodong Road → go straight about 1.2 km to reach NCKU. |
| From the South： | Take National Freeway No.1 northbound → Exit 327 (Tainan Interchange) → Chungshang Road → Dongmen Road → right turn at Chang Rung Road or Sheng-Li Road → about 1.1 km to NCKU. |
| By Train | |
| 1. Take TRA Train to Tainan Station. 2. NCKU is located on Ta-Shueh (University) Road about 100m from the rear entrance of Tainan Station. |

| Passengers arriving at THSR Tainan Station may take the interchange corridor or Exit 1 to Shalun Station, then take the shuttle train to TRA Tainan Station (about 20 minutes). From TRA Tainan Station, NCKU is within walking distance. | |
