【Announcement】Notice of Course Enrollment for the Fall Semester of 2025

1.    To know more about regulations and contents for course enrollment in the fall semester of 2025 please refer to the link:NCKU Course Information and Enrollment System: https://course.ncku.edu.tw/index.php?c=portal.

2.    The 1st Stage of the Course Enrollment is from 9am, July 14th  (Mon.) 2025 to 5pm, July 18th  (Fri.) 2025.
-To safeguard the rights of students, students are only allowed to register for courses within the institute. Each class has a limited number of quotas available.
- Students are not limited to the 15 credits in this stage

3.    The 2nd Stage of the Course Enrollment is from 1pm to 5pm, August 21st (Thu.) 2025; from 9am to 10pm, August 22nd (Fri.) to August 25th (Mon.) 2025; and from 9am to 5pm, August 26th (Tue.) 2025.
      The 3rd Stage of the Course Enrollment is from 9am, September 5th (Fri.) 2025 to 12pm, September 6th (Sat.) 2025, and from 9am, September 8th (Mon.) to 3pm, September 9th (Tue.) 2025.

4.    To accommodate the policy of the Application for Online Course Additions, students who are required to add courses need to log in to the course enrollment system on the website of NCIACES (https://course.ncku.edu.tw/) to register for courses from 8:30am, September 10th (Wed.) 2025 to 1:00pm, September 16th (Tue.) 2025.

5.    Institute Office Course Enrollment Under Special Circumstances is from 9am, September 17th (Wed.) 2025 to 5pm, September 18th (Thu.) 2025. Submit the course additions form, please follow the course selection announcement and institute guidelines. Course Enrollment Under Special Circumstances can only be applied by students who are on the affected list due to course changes in the department (suspension of course, changes in lecturer, changes in time period) after the start of the semester (9/8), and those who do not acquire any course.

7.    Due to limited classroom space, all courses offered by our department are conducted through online enrollment system (add/drop). Paper-based enrollment adjustments are not accepted, except under specific Reasons.    

8.    Within the two years of the master's degree program, students may take 3 courses from other departments. The application form for the selected courses should be submitted to the office in advance to be accredited as credits for graduation.
